Jiraiya - Play 10 rounds(doesn't matter win or lose).
Sasuke - Win at least 1 wi-fi match then talk to the guy next to Anko.
Sasuke Second-State - Get 30 regional cards.
Nine-Tailed Naruto (OTK) - Get 100 Wi-fi points.
Gaara - Get a Jonin Rank on the Mission "The Power of Shukaku!"
Tsunade - Play 20 rounds(doesn't matter win or lose).

Unlock Characters (Ibiki`s Mission)
Itachi - Beat the mission "The Last of the Uchiha Clan".
Kisame - Beat the mission "The Messenger from Dawn".
Zabuza - Win 100 matches in Special Survival.

Unlock Enma
Unlock Enma by collecting 20 Regional Cards.
