Beat Arcade Mode 48 times with different characters and then at Arcade Mode Press the following:

Hold [L1] and press any button over Mina - EX Mina.

Hold [L1] and press any button over Yoshiro - EX Yoshiro.
Hold [L1] and press any button over Yunfei - EX Yunfei.

??? Spirit 7 - Beat arcade mode with 48 characters.
??? Spirit 8 - Beat arcade mode with 48 characters.
EX Mina - Beat arcade mode with 48 characters.
EX Yoshiro - Beat arcade mode with 48 characters.
EX, Sagargedo - Beat arcade mode with 48 characters.
EX,Yunfei - Beat arcade mode with 48 characters.
??? Spirit - Finish arcade mode with all boss characters.
Animal Spirit - Finish arcade mode with all animal companions.
Gallery+Survival Mode - Finish arcade mode with one character.
Kim Wenchue (Gaira with hair) - Finish arcade mode with nine characters.
Matsuri Spirit - Finish arcade mode with 24 characters.
Play as Kuroko - Finish arcade mode with 33 characters including Genjuro, Nicotine, Cham Cham and Sieger then press Start+any button over any character to select him.
Purple/Ex Nakoruru - Finish arcade mode with three characters.
Rasetu/Bust Galford - Finish arcade mode with six characters.

Unlock Animal Companions
The game settings don't matter as long as you beat arcade mode. So set your settings to your advantage.

Chample - Beat Arcade mode with Mina.
Pak Pak - Beat Arcade mode with Cham Cham and Tam Tam.
Poppy - Beat Arcade mode with Galford.
Shikuru Mamahaha - Beat Arcade mode with Nakoruru and Rera.
