When you get the Imp from the trainer in Holywood, move the Imp icon over Rincewind and press [Triangle].
Original Rincewind
After Rincewind has asked Granny Weatherwax about elves, go to the Fairy Ring and make Rincewind go in and out of the Elven Ring a few times. He should go back in time to the old Discworld and talk to the orignal Rincewind from Discworld 1.
