Alternate team appearance
Hold [X] + [Circle] + [L2] when the "Just a Minute" sign appears. Keep the buttons held until several seconds after the sound of a puck is played. Teams will have different jerseys with injuries enabled when game play begins.
Super players
Hold [L1] + [L2] + [R1] + [R2] when creating a new player to be able to set every stat to 40. A sound will confirm correct code entry.
Game bug
The game defaults to a one game series. To get a seven game series, start a seven game playoff before the end of the season. The "continue playoff" option should be available. When the season ends, it will automatically overwrite the old playoff, but retain the seven game format.
