Beat the game on Normal or Hard difficulty to get a specific ranking. According to the ranking you'll receive the corresponding unlocked extras.

Closet Key and Leech Hunter Minigame: Obtain Ranking B (Finish in 5:01 - 7:00)
Closet Key and Leech Hunter Minigame: Obtain Ranking C (Finish in 7:01 - 9:00)
Closet Key and Leech Hunter Minigame: Obtain Ranking D (Finish in 9:01 and more)
Machine Gun,Closet Key and Leech Hunter Minigame: Obtain Ranking A (Finish in 3:31 - 5:00)

Leech Hunter minigame rewards
After unlocking the Leech Hunter minigame you can earn the following rewards by collecting the corresponding ammount of leeches in the game:

Unlimited ammo for all weapons that are found in the main game: Obtain 100 Leeches
Unlock Machine Gun Ammo for the main game: Obtain 1-29 Leeches
Unlock Magnum Revolver for the main game: Obtain 99-90 Leeches
Unlock unlimited ammo for all Handguns found in the main game: Obtain 30-59 Leeches
Unlock unlimited ammo for the Hunting Rifle in the main game: Obtain 60-89 Leeches
