Unlock Characters/Teams
On the "Enter Initials" screen, type the following codes. Then, go to the "Select Team" screen -- you should hear a confirming noise and you'll see unlocked characters in the teams list:

Player 1: ESP, Player 2: NSN - Unlock Michelle Beadle and Colin Cowherd.
Player 1: MAS, Player 2: COT - Unlock NBA Mascots.
Player 1: MJT - Unlock Tim Kitzrow (Announcer) and Mark Turmell (Developer).
Player 1: ADI, Player 2: DAS - Unlock Team Adidas.
Player 1: JOR, Player 2: DON - Unlock Team Jordon.
Player 1: SPR, Player 2: ITE - Unlock Team Sprite.

Name Codes
Select "Play Now" mode. Enter the initials for the indicated players. First three letters should be entered by player one, and the other three by player two. Enter the team selection screen. A sound will confirm correct code entry. Press [Start] on PlayStation3 or Xbox 360, or [Plus] on Wii at the "Enter Initials" screen and the corresponding characters will appear.

MMK / D35 - Mathias Murphy and Kevin Durant (The Neighbors).
ESP / NSN - Colin Cowherd and Michelle Beadle (ESPN Sportsnation).
MAS / COT - NBA Mascots.
SPR / ITE - Team Sprite.

Complete each achievement to receive the allotted gamerscore:

3 The Hard Way (200) - Defeat Beastie Boys in Remix Tour.
Clean Sheet (50) - Win a Classic or Remix game without letting the opposing team score.
Double Up (20) - Beat the CPU by doubling their score in a Classic 2v2 or Remix 2v2 game.
Eastern Conference Domination (100) - Face the hidden boss after Classic Campaign with a team from each division in the Eastern Conference.
Finger Roll (20) - Make 5 layups in a row without getting blocked.
Atlantic Division Represent (20) - Defeat the Atlantic Division Legend Team in Classic Campaign.
Burning (10) - Keep yourself or your teammate on fire until it exhausts by making 5 or more unanswered baskets.
Central Division Represent (20) - Defeat the Central Division Legend Team in Classic Campaign.
Classical Completion (50) - Defeat the hidden boss after completing Classic Campaign.
First Time for Everything (20) - Win an online ranked match.
From Downtown (10) - Score 50% of your team's points while only shooting three pointers.
Pacific Division Represent (20) - Defeat the Pacific Division Legend Team in Classic Campaign.
Raw Rookie (10) - Play an online ranked match.
Rolling (40) - Win 10 online ranked matches.
He's on Fire! (10) - Hit a buzzer beater while on fire.
Iron Will (30) - Break the backboard in a Classic or Remix game with an alley oop!.
Mojo (20) - Win a game with a layup buzzer beater.
NBA Domination (100) - Face the hidden boss after Classic Campaign with a team from each division.
Northwest Division Represent (20) - Defeat the Northwest Division Legend Team in Classic Campaign.
Southeast Division Represent (20) - Defeat the Southeast Division Legend Team in Classic Campaign.
Southwest Division Represent (20) - Defeat the Southwest Division Legend Team in Classic Campaign.
Start to Finish (20) - Win an online ranked match while leading after each quarter.
Too Late (20) - Go up for a game winning dunk only to have time expire while in mid-air.
Triple Up (30) - Beat the CPU by tripling their score in a Classic 2v2 or Remix 2v2 game.
Western Conference Domination (100) - Face the hidden boss after Classic Campaign with a team from each division in the Western Conference.
Wrecking Crew (20) - Beat Backboard Smash in under 2 minutes.
