Complete each achievement to get the allotted gamerscore:

A True Decepticon (75) - Earn Platinum Medals on ALL Decepticon Missions.
A True Autobot (75) - Earn Platinum Medals on ALL Autobot Missions.
Aerialbot Assault (20) - Medal in all Autobot Deep Six Missions.
Do the Math (20) - Acquire 2,000,000 Energon in the Autobot Campaign.
Down to Chinatown (20) - Medal in all Autobot Shanghai Missions.
East Side (20) - Medal in all Autobot East Coast Missions.
And So It Begins... (5) - Unlock a Single Unlockable - Either Campaign.
Awesome Achievement! (25) - Eliminate 250 Decepticons - Autobot Campaign.
Bad Boys (25) - Eliminate 350 Autobots - Decepticon Campaign.
Bonecrusher (25) - Make it into the Top 1000 on SP Leaderboards - Either Campaign.
Break the Bank (25) - Acquire 3,000,000 Energon in the Decepticon Campaign.
Cast in Bronze (5) - Earn a Bronze Medal - Either Campaign.
Choices... (5) - Unlock a New Zone - Either Campaign.
Choose a Side (15) - Win one RANKED/PLAYER MATCH game as Autobots and one as Decepticons.
Coast to Coast (25) - Medal in all Decepticon East Coast Missions.
Not Gold Enough (10) - Earn a Silver Medal - Either Campaign.
Now I've Really Seen It All (50) - Unlock all Decepticon Unlockables.
Now I've Seen It All (50) - Unlock all Autobot Unlockables.
On the Board (15) - Make it into the Top 100000 on SP Leaderboards - Either Campaign.
One Shall Fall (25) - Defeat Optimus Prime - Decepticon Campaign.
One Shall Stand (25) - Defeat Megatron - Autobot Campaign.
Only a Prime (25) - Defeat The Fallen as Optimus.
Platty For The Win! (20) - Earn a Platinum Medal - Either Campaign.
Follow the Leader (15) - While playing One Shall Stand, as the leader, kill the opposing leader in a RANKED/PLAYER MATCH game.
Golden Boy (15) - Earn a Gold Medal - Either Campaign.
Good Mojo (25) - Make it into the Top 10000 on SP Leaderboards - Either Campaign.
Grind On (5) - Purchase an Upgrade - Either Campaign.
Hold! (15) - Win a Control Point round without losing a control point in a RANKED/PLAYER MATCH game.
Lies (25) - Medal in all Decepticon Cairo Missions.
Life of the Party (15) - Host one game of each game type in a PLAYER MATCH game.
Spoils of War (25) - Purchase All Decepticon Upgrades.
The Dagger's Tip (20) - Medal in all Autobot Cairo Missions.
The Living Dead (15) - Viral - Kill someone with Viral Achievement, then taunt them in a RANKED or PLAYER MATCH game.
Power to the People (25) - Purchase All Autobot Upgrades.
Rise of The Fallen (25) - Medal in all Decepticon Deep Six Missions.
Shanghai'd (25) - Medal in all Decepticon Shanghai Missions.
Smells Like Victory (50) - Win a Match as Each of the 15 Default Characters.
Traitor (25) - Defeat The Fallen as Megatron - Decepticon Campaign.
West Coast For The Win! (25) - Medal in all Decepticon West Coast Missions.
West Side (20) - Medal in all Autobot West Coast Missions.
You've Got The Touch (25) - Fill OVERDRIVE Meter - Either Campaign.

Additionally, there are nine DLC achievements:

Sideswiped (15) - Sideswipe defeats Sideways (MP only).
The Ultimate Weapon (15) - Defeat G1 Megatron using G1 Optimus (MP only).
Soundwave Superior (15) - Soundwave defeats Long Haul (MP only).
Everyone has a weakness (15) - Defeat G1 Megatron with G1 Starscream (MP only).
Jazz Hands (25) - Defeat Megatron with Jazz using melee (MP only).
Megatron's Master Plan (50) - Complete the Decepticon campaign on expert with a 75% completion.
Prime Target (15) - Defeat G1 Optimus using G1 Megatron (MP only).
Quest for Survival (25) - Win a match on ANY game mode on each new map. (3 maps).
The Autobot Run (50) - Complete the Autobot campaign on expert with a 75% completion.
