Successfully complete the game collecting all of the small red spiders and taking the pictures on each stage to unlock the cheats (armor upgrade, strength enhancement, and level cheat) in the secrets menu.
Superweb power-up
Collect all the golden spiders on a level. You will get a superweb power-up on the next level.
Armor upgrade
Successfully complete the game with all golden spiders collected.
Strength enhancement
Successfully complete the game with over 150,000 points.
Level select
Successfully complete the game.
Ending bonus
Successfully complete the game to unlock the level select option at the main menu. Press [Start] during game play to choose a new level.
Movie clips
Take pictures on every level to unlock all movie clips.

Defeating Shocker
Use the "Quarter Circle Forward" + [B] move on him.
Easy kill
Hold [B] and press [Down], [Right], or [Left]. If done correctly, Spider-Man will do a move that will kill his opponent with one hit.
