Open"\My Documents\Euro Truck Simulator\config.cfg" file using Notepad (make a backup copy first!) and replace 0 with 1 in the following lines:
uset g_console "0"
uset g_developer "0"
Apply the changes, start the game, press [~] to bring down the console and type any of the following codes:
cheat money - Get more money.
edit - Open map editor.
