Cheat Mode
Create a new profile. Go to the main screen, then locate "Extras". Enter one of the following for the desired cheat effect you want:

GIVEALL - Gives all tracks
GIEVEPIX - Gives all normal cars and 1,000,000 credits
GIVECASH - Lots of cash
RUTTO - Pimpster car
RAIDERS - Gives Icecreamtruck
ELPUEBLO - Gives Eldiablo car
KALJAKOPPA - Gives Rocketcar
GIEVCARPLZ - Gives Schoolbus
BIGTRUCK - Gives Pimpstercar
WOTKINS - Gives Flatmobile

Unlocking the ultimate cars of each class
To unlock the best car in each class, simply win the class' cup in the Grand Finals:

Venom - Win Derby Finals
Insetta - Win Race Finals

Unlock Bullet GT
Get 97% complete in career mode by getting first place in cups and stunts. You won't get the Bullet GT by beating the race class alone. (Unless you got 1st place in everything you did.)
