Cheat Codes (Skirmish Mode)
Start Skirmish Mode and turn on "Allow Cheats" option. When playing, press [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[~] to bring up the console and then type any of the following codes:

sd_instant_build = 1 - Activate Instant Build Player + CPU
sd_instant_build = 0 - Disable Instant Build
cheat_requisition(#) - Get Set amount of Requistion
cheat_power(#) - Get Set amount of Power
fog_toggle - Remove Fog of war
taskbar_hide - Hide Taskbar
FOW_ReveallAll - Remove Fog of War
cheat_revealall - Show Entire Map
taskbar_show - Show Taskbar
cheat_killself - Suicide

Developer Mode Codes
You need to modify your desktop shortcut. Right click on the game icon on your desktop, select properties and a new screen should pop up. Add the " -Dev" parameter (without the quotes) at the end of the target field. Click Apply to save the changes and run the game using that shortcut and you will be able to use the following codes:

fog_toggle - Remove Fog
FOW_RevealAll - Remove Fog of War
sd_instant_build = 1 - Activate Instant Build (Player + CPU)
sd_instant_build = 0 - Disable Instant Build
